FARMERS MARKET OR FLEA MARKET (EXCERPT)

46.191 Farmers market or flea market; establishment; authorization by county board of commissioners.

Sec. 1.

The county board of commissioners of any county in this state is authorized to establish a farmers market or flea market in the county.
