777.16l.amended MCL 750.213 to 750.219f; felonies to which chapter applicable; violation of MCL 750.213a(3)(a).
Sec. 16
l. (1) This chapter applies to the following felonies enumerated in chapter 750 of the Michigan Compiled Laws:
(2) For a violation of section 213a(3)(a) of the Michigan penal code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.213a, determine the offense class, offense variable level, and prior record variable level based on the underlying offense.
