EXECUTIVE BUDGET BILL


      February 12, 1997, Introduced by Senators CISKY, HOFFMAN,
        CONROY and MC MANUS and referred to the Committee on
        Appropriations.



      A bill to make appropriations for the department of state police and

certain other state purposes for the fiscal years ending September 30,

1998; to provide for the expenditure of those appropriations; to provide

for certain reports and the consideration of those reports; to provide

for the disposition of other income received by the various state agen-

cies; to provide testing of certain persons; to provide for certain emer-

gency powers; and to provide for the powers and duties of certain commit-

tees, certain state agencies, and certain employees.
