| 1. Sec. 210. Natural Features Inventory (NFI). The House substituted Senate language with a requirement that the department submit a transition plan for NFI operation by 3/1/2000, and eliminated the 9/30/2000 deadline. |

| 3. Sec. 223. State-Owned Aircraft. The House inserted new language requiring plans for maintenance and use of State-owned aircraft. |
