2012 PA 24 and section 35 as amended by 2024 PA 111.
The bill was read a
first and second time by title and referred to the Committee on Elections and
Ethics.

A bill to amend 1998
PA 58, entitled “Michigan liquor control code of 1998,” by amending section 205
(MCL 436.1205), as amended by 2022 PA 142.
